Hernando is a seasoned legal professional with a strong educational background. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah in 2006, followed by the completion of his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010.
Post-law school, Hernando dedicated his time as an assistant prosecutor with the Ogden City Justice Court, where he gained valuable experience and insights into criminal proceedings. His tenure as a prosecutor equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the prosecution’s strategies and tactics employed to secure convictions.
Drawing upon this wealth of experience, Hernando now leverages his skills to meticulously analyze his clients’ cases, ensuring the protection of their constitutional rights.
